ProMold Inc. is a full-service molding firm located in Bountiful, UT, that has established itself as Utah's premier custom plastic injection molder. Our company specializes in reducing the costs associated with manufacturing products that range from miniature to a large shot size of over 16 lbs. With this broad array of process capabilities ProMold is able to service industries ranging from high precision medical products to extremely large irrigation boxes.
Our Beginnings
ProMold was established in 2001 as a sister company to Orbit Irrigation Products, Inc. under the Pro-Mark, Inc. umbrella. Orbit Irrigation Products, Inc. is one of the largest irrigation companies in the world and supplies products directly to Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, and Target among others. As a sister company and supplier to Orbit, ProMold is well versed in the art of customer satisfaction under the most demanding circumstances. ProMold also helps provide the low product costs that enable Orbit to continue doing business on a global scale with these companies.
The same World Class Manufacturing methods we use to service our large customers are used to ensure industry-leading quality and customer service for all of our customers. With our capacity-planning system we are able to guarantee short, consistent, lead times for even the smallest of our customers.
Pro-Mark also owns several companies in China which allow ProMold direct access to low-cost, high-quality production tooling without letting go of the tooling design specifications and development process. With direct control over these aspects of the tooling construction ProMold is able to ensure flawless new product introduction with short lead times. This direct relationship allows ProMold’s customers to experience the best of both worlds.
